What’s your return policy?
Return any of our products–no questions asked–within 30 days of purchase.
We are currently able to ship only to the following locations:
Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.

Business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of certain holidays. Please allow one (1) additional business day for processing of orders placed on weekends and holidays.
BattleCityGym is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather or other external factors.
If an order contains any items not on pre-order, we will ship those items as available. The shipping charges will be based on the total of all pre-order and in-stock items.
A valid credit card is required to place pre-orders and an authorization may be held until the product is available to ship.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.
